If you are in the local Saint John, NB delivery area, you may choose either 'Pick Up' or 'Rush Courier Service (Saint John Only)' for immediate delivery. Charges will apply for Rush Courier Service.
For free delivery within 2 business days, select 'Source Atlantic Truck (Saint John Only)'.
Customers outside the local Saint John area must select either 'Midland' or ‘Other’ as your shipping method. If 'Other' is selected, you must complete the required information about your carrier of choice. The shipping charge will be included on your invoice for these options.
If you select ‘Pick Up’ as your delivery option:
- Orders of stock items placed by 11:00 am will be available for Pick Up PM same business day.
- Orders of stock items placed after 11:00 am will be available for Pick Up AM next business day.
- Orders of non-stock items will be available within 14 business days.
- 'Pick Up’ orders are available for pickup at the Saint John Thornes branch, 331 Chesley Dr. between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (normal business hours). If you require a more expedient 'Pick Up' availability please call 506-632-1000.
If you select ‘Rush Courier Service (Saint John Only)' as your delivery option:
- Orders of stock items placed by 11:00 am will be delivered PM same business day.
- Orders of stock items placed after 11:00 am will be delivered AM next business day.
- Orders of non-stock items will be available within 14 business days.
If you select ‘Midland’ or ‘Other’ as your delivery option:
